At the Easter Vigil and after each Mass on Easter Sunday, Saint Patrick Catholic Church took time to recognize the fact that liturgical celebrations don’t just happen— instead preparation involves a community of generous people willing to share their talents and time.

The celebrations of Lent, Triduum, and Easter, as well as liturgies throughout the year are planned and implemented by a small group of parish leaders and many parish volunteers.

Grateful for the Gifts of Service

The virtue of gratitude is the ability to express our thankful appreciation in word or deed, to the persons whose words or actions have benefited us in some way. On behalf of our Saint Patrick Catholic Church  faith community, we thank the following people:

Priests

Infinite gratitude to our team of three Jesuit Priests: Father John Fuchs, S.J., Father Tom Lamanna, S.J. and Father Jerry Graham, S.J. who have been serving faithfully this past year.

Deacon

Special thanks to Deacon Bill Eckert for serving us in his unique ordained role as a deacon. Deacon Bill has been a tremendous source of strength for our community.

Music

Bob McKamey and the talented choirs who give us such inspirational music not just on Easter, but at every weekend liturgy.

RCIA & RCIC Teams

Leah Walker, Gavin MacHutchin, Gail Ferry, and Laura Dougherty and the entire RCIA team including Sponsors, for the work and planning that goes into preparing RCIC and RCIA catechumens and candidates who were baptized at the Easter Vigil or came into full communion with our Catholic Church.

Staff

Our Parish Staff – who quietly and humbly labor behind the scenes to ensure all is well in our Saint Patrick Catholic Church community.

Ushers & Greeters

Tony Karabaich and the awesome greeters and ushers who work tirelessly all year to provide a warm welcome at our liturgies.

Liturgy Commission

Mary Randall and Jane McDonough and the Liturgy Commission who oversee the plans and preparations for Easter liturgies and liturgies throughout the year.

Susan Campbell and the team of Eucharistic Ministers to the Altar who help each week with communion.

Arts & Environment

Leah Walker and all who help create such a beautiful and welcoming environment for us to celebrate our liturgies and for Gaylon Adams, our custodian and Logan Cleaners, who clean and maintain this inspiring worship space for us.

Altar Servers

DJ, Laura and James Dougherty who train the 60 altar servers who serve at weekend Masses and funerals.

Our Faith Community

A big thank you to our parishioners, for the guests of parishioners and for visitors— we thank you for joining us. You always have a home at Saint Patrick Catholic Church where all are welcome.

A Token of Gratitude

We need to always thank all those who serve us and love us with their generous service.

The past two years, the parish has gifted an inspiring book on Easter.  This year the book is Beautiful Mercy – Experiencing God’s Unconditional Love So We Can Share It With Others by Matthew Kelly and 26 incredible Catholic authors. It’s a great companion to the Pope’s book titled The Church of Mercy or his book A Year of Mercy with Pope Francis: Daily Reflections.

If you did not pick up a book, additional copies are available in the Gathering Space of Saint Patrick Catholic Church while supplies last.
