What is Palm Sunday?

Palm Sunday is the final Sunday of Lent, the beginning of Holy Week, and commemorates the triumphant arrival of Christ in Jerusalem, days before he was crucified. The Passion narratives are proclaimed on Palm Sunday and again on Good Friday.

Encounter Christ

Our presence, as we process together as a faith community, is an outward expression of our love for Jesus. Let’s celebrate His Passion together. Then continue the journey together with Christ through His passion, death and resurrection this Holy Week and Triduum, into Easter and through the season of Easter, which ends on Pentecost Sunday in June.
