Dedicated volunteers worked hard on March 12, 2016 to clean up the campus of Saint Patrick Catholic School in time for Grandparents Day!

The weather cooperated and the motivated crew pressure washed, weeded and turned over beauty bark on the school grounds. Chris Gavin, Principal of Saint Patrick Catholic School said, “the volunteers were terrific….The place looks really good!”

Let’s Do it Again!

But, the weeds don’t stop growing— especially in the wet spring weather! A weed whacking work party is happening again at Saint Patrick Catholic School 9 – 1 P.M. on April 9, 2016— the weekend before the REACH Auction.  Rob Silva, organizer of the campus clean-ups noted that the committee is “hoping to do the same kind of campus cleanup so the school is bright and shiny for the [REACH Reunion]event.”

Bring the Tools

Bring your work gloves, rakes and assorted garden tools. Gas powered equipment is best, as power is only available from the school building.  Refreshments will be provided.

Earn Commitment Hours

Bring your friend, your neighbor and your cousin! Stop by for an hour or a few— and earn double commitment hours! Many hands make the work lighter and the day brighter with smiles and laughter. What better way to earn your commitment hours for the year on one day!
