A National Evangelization Team (NET) is facilitating a Confirmation Retreat at Saint Patrick Catholic Church the weekend after Thanksgiving, November 27 – 29, 2015 and host families are needed for the NET Retreat members!

How can I help with housing needs for NET?

Housing for 6 team members, age 18 – 28 is needed, the night of November 27 and November 29.  It is preferred that a member is hosted for both nights, however if you can only host for one night that will work too.  The Team will be staying at the Parish Center the night of the November 28 and can go home with different host families on November 29 if needed.

The NET members needs are basic.  A spot on the floor  with a camping mat at minimum or an extra bed if one is available; a meal or two with your family and a brown bag lunch or two. Additional details will be provided closer to their stay.

Host a NET member to two— you will be blessed by the experience!

What is a NET?

NET Ministries challenges young Catholics to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church. Every August, 150 young Catholics aged 18-28 leave behind their jobs, school, family, and friends to devote nine months to serving with the National Evangelization Teams (NET).Net Ministies

Divided into 14 teams, they travel across the U.S. for nine months to share the Gospel with young people and their families. Since 1981, NET teams have led over 29,000 retreats and ministered to more than 1.7 million young Catholics.  Learn more at www.netusa.org.
