To apply for tuition assistance at Saint Patrick Catholic School, complete our FACTS application. This single application covers both of our funding sources: the Fulcrum Foundation and Saint Patrick Tuition Assistance Program (StPTAP).  Please note that this link is specific to Saint Patrick Catholic School; if you are applying for assistance from another school, please use their application.

Important notes:

• Submit all required tax documents with your application.

• Incomplete or late applications may reduce your chances of receiving aid. 

• All applications must be submitted online.

• Application deadline is December 31, 2025.
