Join us for the Saint Patrick Catholic School 2025 Advent & Christmas Celebration… our musical reflection on the season presented by the K-5 General Music students, the Saint Patrick School Choir, and our family-friendly Service of Lessons & Carols with living nativity.

Open to the entire community, no tickets are required. General seating in Saint Patrick Catholic Church (1123 North J Street), opens at 6 pm, Thursday, December 11th.
Family and community members who are unable to attend the evening performance are invited to attend the full, final rehearsal in the church at 1:30 pm, Thursday, December 11th.

School Parent Information:
WHO:
– ALL STUDENTS in the Kindergarten through 5th grades have been preparing for this performance and are expected to attend.
– All members of the Saint Patrick School Choir
– Middle School Narrators and Actors

WHERE:
Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 1123 North J Street, Tacoma
Performers are to be delivered directly to the Parish Hall downstairs from the outside to check in with their teacher at the times listed below.
Please do not bring performers through the main doors to the church.

WHEN:
Thursday, December 11, 2025
5:10 pm – Choir to the Parish Hall, then the Sanctuary for sound check
5:45-6:00 pm – All other performers (K-5 not in the Choir) to the Parish Hall to find their classroom teacher
– Doors open for audience seating in the church at 6 pm. No earlier. No reservations.
– Performance begins at 6:30 pm

ATTIRE:
– The Choir wears the full Saint Pats Choir Performance Uniform
– All other students are to dress their best. Clean and kept. NO JEANS, SHORTS, OR SWEATS. Holiday attire is encouraged, but cannot light up or make sounds. (Please, no Rudolph sweaters that light up and play the song.) Purchasing something new is definitely not required. Any student is absolutely welcome to wear the school uniform.

* PARENT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION *
– Parents who would like to earn volunteer hours should contact Mrs. Lewis via email
– Opportunities include:
~ Set-up/load-in equipment Wednesday morning, Dec, 10th after daily mass
~ Choir assistance during the concert (especially great for a Choir parent)
~ Strike equipment immediately after the concert Thursday evening
~ Box truck or trailer to move equipment from the school to the church and back (Wed and Thurs)
~ Videography
~ Living Nativity Costuming
