As part of a balanced diet suggested by the USDA, Saint Patrick Catholic School provides a salad bar to students with lunch subscriptions, a selection of 10 fresh vegetables and fresh fruit in season.
Bell peppers, broccoli, canned fruit, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cheese, corn, cottage cheese, green beans, salad mix, tomatoes, fresh fruit such as kiwis, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, etc.
Pasta salad, tuna salad, diced turkey, ham, and/or chicken, garbanzo beans, snap peas and, cucumber
1% milk, nonfat milk, and nonfat chocolate milk
