As part of a balanced diet suggested by the USDA, St Patrick School provides a salad bar to students with lunch subscription, a selection of 10 fresh vegetables and fresh fruit in season. These include:

Regular Items:
Bell peppers, Broccoli, Canned fruit, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cheese, Corn, Cottage cheese, Green Beans, Salad mix, Tomatoes, Fresh Fruit (kiwi, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, etc.)

Other Items:
Pasta salad, Potato salad, Tuna salad, Diced meat- turkey, ham, chicken, Garbanzo beans, Snap peas, Cucumber

Beverages:
1% milk, nonfat milk and nonfat chocolate milk
