Volunteer & Commitment Hours

Our deepest thanks go to our tireless and compassionate parents, guardians, and other volunteers who contribute hundreds of hours of service to the school every year. Their hard work, selflessness, and generosity support our mission to nurture our students in an abiding Catholic faith.

Volunteer Opportunities

Opportunities needing volunteer or commitment hours include activities such as help with the REACH Auction, Scrip, book fairs, lunch, Grandparents Day, spring musical, Catholic Schools Week, or with Scouts – to name a few.

Classroom Volunteers and Room Parents

Because a parent/guardian is a child’s first and best teacher, parents/guardians are welcome to volunteer in the classroom and take an active role in their child’s education. Volunteering as a Room Parent is a great way to help teachers accomplish classroom objectives.  They work with teachers and other parents to organize special projects and help in a variety of ways.  Their role is critical to creating a positive community within the classroom and boosting academic achievement through creative means.

Saint Patrick Catholic School Parent Association

The Saint Patrick Catholic School Parent Association (SPPA) is another great way to get involved and volunteer.
