Philosophy of Education

I believe that as a teacher it is my duty to challenge and support students according to their individual needs. I believe that students thrive in a positive atmosphere. It is important that students are recognized within the classroom for their strengths and talents. This makes the classroom a safe place where students can make discoveries and risk making mistakes. I believe that there is no better way to benefit our society than to teach. I am blessed that I work in a profession that allows me to shape and mold young minds into faith-filled, dynamic members of our world community.
