Dear Parents and Friends,
Our St. Pat’s school community has slowly but steadily grown and diversified over the last few years. We have crossed the 360 student mark enrolling students with special needs and those who are in the 99% on standardized tests. We aim to continue this trend into the 2017-18 school year, but to do so, we need your help.
St. Pats provides an atmosphere where all children can flourish academically, socially and spiritually. We have a rich elective offering from STEM to journalism, honors Math, advanced- Spanish to the fine arts. I am really pleased that we have been able to expand our Student Services for kids who need additional help. Our co-curriculars have exploded beyond CYO athletics and scouts to Robotics, Journalism and Choir. Students are involved in more direct service than ever before and our global projects continue to be a source of profound learning and deep insights into world-wide issues of justice.
In this coming year, we aspire to enroll 375 students. To meet this goal, we will need to retain our current families and to enroll 15 more students beyond our normal Pre-K additions. Most importantly, I need you to join me in sharing our St. Pat’s story. Tell your neighbors, and friends why you entrusted St. Pat’s with your children’s academic, moral and spiritual development. Your testimony will make the difference and I thank you for your help. And at this time, let me offer something more tangible:
Any current family that “recruits” a new family that enrolls with us by September, and welcomes and supports that family through their first year (by joining them at the New Family BBQ, meeting them at Back to School Night, inviting them to SPPA meetings, inviting them to your REACH table- these kind of things)will receive a 2017-18 tuition credit of $500 per new family.
Together, we will grow our community. If you have suggestions for how we can improve our marketing efforts, or if you want to participate further in recruiting (such as providing new parent tours or hosting an Open House), I would appreciate hearing from you.
My continued prayers for all of you,
