For Registration every family will need to sign our Faith Statement. Returning families won't have to as these are saved in the student's file.

Montessori Intent forms need to be signed and submitted in addition to the faith statement and registration forms.

K-8 registration forms are listed below, however, if you are a NEW FAMILY you must fill out the new family form.

Throughout the school year your child(ren) will have access to the Internet. It is our policy that they will only be allowed to use this resource with your written permission and understanding that we are not held accountable for content presented online. Please read and sign this form and include in your registration packet.

For your convenience The following forms are provided in multiple formats. In each case, please print the forms and present the entire packet to the office.

Returning students/families (including siblings)		February 26th
Parishioners of St. Patrick Church		March 11th
Neighboring Parishes (St. Leo, Holy Cross, and St. Rita)		March 18th
Open Enrollment begins		March 25th

TUITION RATES
Registration Fee (includes books, instructional materials, and yearbook)
Returning School Families:	Per student:	$200.00 This fee is non-refundable
(From February 26th - March 10th; after $225)

New Families:	Per student:	$225.00 This fee is non-refundable

In-Parish Families (Grds 1-8)	1 student	$ 3,990.00
	2 students	$ 7,050.00
	3 students	$ 9,750.00
	4 students	$12,250.00
	5 students	$14,600.00

Neighboring Parishes (Grades 1-8)
	In-Parish Rates	+ $500.00 per student

Out-of-Parish (Grades 1-8)	Per student	$ 5,800.00*

All Day Montessori Pre-K & Kindergarten	Per student	$ 4,990.00*

Half-Day Montessori Pre-K	Per student	5 day $ 2,500.00*
	Per student	3 day $ 1,650.00* (If space available)
	Per student	2 day $ 1,100.00* (If space available)
	*Multiple student rates do not apply to these rates.

Tuition may be paid:	Monthly – August through May,
	Semi-annually – August & January,
	Annually – August
