ABOUT our PARENTS' CLUB
St. Patrick's Parents Club is a vital part of the school community. The purpose of the organization is to help improve the educational experience at St. Patrick's school. And to serve as a vehicle through which parents can provide service to the school. The Parents Club also serves to build community and social unity among the school families. Membership is composed of all school parents, faculty, the School Principal and the Parish Pastor. Many of the events and activities the school provides are sponsored by Parents Club.
MEETINGS
General membership meetings are open meetings held in the school
library on the
first Friday of each month from 8:45 to 9:45 am. Meetings are held September through May, unless otherwise stated.
Officers are elected as follows:
- Vice-President is elected each year and becomes the President elect.
- Recording Secretary, Room Parent Coordinator, Corresponding Secretary and Event Coordinator are elected in the same year for a two-year term.
