Teacher Grade 4 – St. Patrick Parish School in North Tacoma is seeking a full time 4th grade teacher. St. Patrick is a double grade school with approximately 520 students. This position requires the person to be a strong practicing Catholic and who will model the values and teachings of the Church. The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills with a willingness to collaborate as a team member. Must be prepared to teach all content areas with strong teaching skills in literacy and math. Experience teaching Six Trait Writing is a plus. Experience in WASL preparation is helpful. Technology is integrated throughout the curriculum and knowledge and expertise in this area is preferred. Must hold a current Washington State Teaching Certificate.
